We need someone who is excellent in administration, extremely organised and has a flare for Styling/Interior Design.
About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to assist us in our stunning Neutral Bay Showroom 5 days a week.
The role will be predominately providing excellent customer service, processing sales and showroom upkeep.
Furthermore, the position is heavy on administration so the right candidate must be proficient with computers, have the capability to write well versed correspondence and communication.
Our showroom does get busy on the weekends, so we require someone who has a lovely & inviting character who will blend well with our brand ethos.

Hours
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 10am to 5pm
Some flexibility on hours can be discussed but Saturdays are essential.

Skills Required
We are looking for a friendly, reliable & responsible team member who is organised & well presented to assist our current Osier Belle Sales & Admin Team.
We are a small team, who all wear many hats so we are looking for a support staff member to fill in the gaps of our workloads.
The role is based in a very upmarket designer showroom, so it is essential your English speaking skills are excellent.
Essential Experience:
- Customer Service and Sales experience
- Excellent administration skills
- Styling and/or interior design
- Emails, inbound & outbound via Gmail
- Phone Calls, inbound & outbound
- Ability to work in a team & individually
- Excellent & professional English writing skills
- Apple & PC Computers
Preferred but not essential:
- Social Media
- Dropbox
- Photoshop
- POS Payment Systems (Eftpos, eWAY, cash handling)
