About you:
- 100% customer focused
- Thrive in a high-pressure sales environment
- Proven track record in exceeding sales targets in a retail-based environment
- Available to work most weekends
- High levels of personal presentation standards
- Previous experience selling high ticket products
- Have an eye for detail and interest in interior design
- To provide a customer experience that is second to none
- Maintain and build customer relationships
- Constant follow-up on quoting in order to secure the sale
- Create and maintain a comfortable and welcoming showroom environment
- Drive to acheive set sales budgets and KPI targets
