Our Engineering Construction division provides large-scale multidisciplinary project management and construction services. Monadelphous is a leader in the provision of specialist instrumentation and electrical expertise. We have experience delivering major vertical and horizontal projects within our Engineering Construction division and works associated with plant and mine shutdowns, maintenance and project work in our Maintenance and Industrial Services division.

As an E&I Supervisor at Monadelphous, you'll have the chance to:

What you will bring
- Relevant trade qualification and a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in major mining/resources projects.
- A strong commitment to safety and proven leadership capabilities.
- Innovative problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering high-quality work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- A proactive, motivated mindset, with a passion for achieving results.
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and proof of the right to work in Australia.
