Our Maintenance and Industrial Services division specialises in the planning, management and execution of maintenance, shutdowns and sustaining capital works.

The role of Services Work Pack Preparer is responsible to interface with operations, maintenance and engineering to acquire the information necessary to prepare a work package that will efficiently detail the rigging and scaffolding work scope. This position is offered on a 3:3 offshore roster.
Responsibilities :
- Track and monitor approved work orders generated from CMMS (SAP)
Review or assemble work packs for effective execution and to the required quality for the production team and other functions;
Identify variances in original work scope and secure appropriate authorization;
Coordinate activities associated with third party contractors and services and procure parts necessary for repairs or overhauls;
Monitor delivery dates and notify Scheduler and Maintenance Execution team of planned and actual delivery dates;
Work with Purchasing to acquire and manage all maintenance materials and services required;
Work with the Maintenance Management Team to develop the appropriate Contractor Strategy;
Include all Quality requirements in the detailed plan with identification of tests, hold points and control points;
Identify and refer to the maintenance procedures and practices (e.g. blinding procedure, permit procedure, vessel entry procedure, etc).

What you will bring:
Relevant rigging/scaffolding trade qualification
Extensive industry experience preferably in an offshore environment
SAP experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels
Proof of right to work in Australia
