Shutdown Superintendent

UGL Services, Fuels & Energy East are seeking applications from an experienced Shutdown Superintendent for an upcoming casual opportunity on a live LNG facility. This position is based on Curtis Island, off the coast of Gladstone local applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.
Working in an integrated fashion with our client to execute the shutdown to maximise reliability, availability with due regard for safety, the environment, quality and cost. You will be an initiative-taking individual with excellent communication skills, leading multi-disciplined work groups and prioritising tasks across various work fronts. This position with UGL will see you will drive the implementation of high-level service provision through active field leadership, subcontractor management, client, and internal stakeholder engagement.

Experience in a Shutdown Superintendent role preferably in an oil and gas environment
Development of key stakeholder relationships essential
Lead all facets of execution, from planning, mobilisation through to demobilisation
Extensive exposure and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
Proven program management
Ability to contribute to a high-performing team
Experience to handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously
