About the Role
A fantastic opportunity has become available for full time Sign Installers and Supervisors to join our Installation Team in Melbourne Victoria.
This role is dynamic and offers fantastic variety in your day-to-day routine. The role will primarily involve the installation of road infrastructure including small and large road traffic signs.
Regular overtime is available and therefore the ability to travel for overnight works (at times weekly) as well as night and weekend works will be required occasionally.
Your Role
- Installation and Maintenance of all bus stop and train station signage.
- Working collaboratively with other installers to deliver works responsibly and efficiently.
- Ensuring tasks are conducted in a safe manner, both for yourself and fellow workers.
- Actively engage in problem solving with fellow team members and line managers to solution any issue that may arise before, during or after installation activities.
- Responsibly manage time, goods & all equipment.
- Ensure all daily work completion documentation is completed in a timely manner.
To be considered for this role you:
- Must be physically fit and capable.
- Have an Australian Driver's License (Manual).
- OHS Construction Safety Awareness Card (desirable)
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Availability to work weekends & overtime where required.
- Basic knowledge & ability with tablets/ mobiles.
- Punctual and organised.
- Able to work autonomously and in a team.
- Experience with hand tools.
