About the Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Estimator to join our team based at either our Head Office in Hendra or alternatively in our Sydney Office.
We are searching for a confident and industry experienced individual with a strong background in signage. Applicants that also have experience in metal fabrication, structural design, construction and tendering large projects would be a distinct advantage.
As a member of our Estimating team, you will:
- Provide accurate estimates of all sign types.
- Thorough interpretation of plans and schedules.
- Produce project estimates and issue tender documentation.
- Develop effective relationships with suppliers, customers, and subcontractors.
- Identify and manage risks & opportunities in new projects through application of the estimating and submission process.
- Work closely with suppliers and internal Sales team on the best use of materials and methodologies.

About You
- Trade background in the signage industry (highly desired).
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- The ability to prepare quotations for large and small projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Commercial acumen and excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and estimating software packages or generally great computer skills.
- Team player.
