Goal Indigenous Services is seeking a Site Administration Assistants for a local Darwin Construction company

*This is an Indigenous Identified position*

We are looking for Candidates who can perform a range of customer service, reception, financial and general administrative tasks.

You will be responsible for the below on a daily basis

• General Administration Duties
• Answering client enquiries in a timely manner
• High Quality, Accurate and Professional Customer service
• Administration support and reporting to Supervisors and Managers
• Documentation and Data Entry

Qualifications And Skill Requirements:

• use of computer applications, including Outlook, Microsoft Office and database management systems.
• Current Drivers Licence
• Ability to Problem solve and troubleshoot
• Ability to utilise basic Initiative
• Excellent communication skills to interact with internal and external clientele 

You must bring with you a positive attitude, good work ethic, attention to detail and be able to work well independently whilst among a diverse team.
