Our client is a leading Global Fund Manager, offering an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic administration professional. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a dynamic team of assistants to provide comprehensive support to 15 stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include diary management, coordinating travel arrangements, and organizing meetings with precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting materials, and logistics.
- Assist with scheduling global visitors and company events.
- Maintain managers' calendars and ensure consistency across global offices.
- Coordinate client meetings in global offices, including travel agendas and materials.
- Set up video/audio conferences among global offices.
- Handle travel and hotel bookings according to company policies.
- Process expense reports and reimbursements via internal systems.
- Manage filing, CRM data entry, invoicing, and budget tracking.
Technical Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the financial industry.
- Highly organized with effective time management and attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and other computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency with technological tools and ability to focus on specific goals.
