Site Administrator for Civil Construction Site
Location: Hobart
Contract Length: 6-12 months
Hourly rate: $34-36 per hour + super
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years
Responsibilities:
- Manage invoicing processes and financial information
- Oversee contract administration and coordination to ensure compliance with legal contractual requirements
- Enforce safety guidelines, check ins and protocols to maintain a safe working environment
- Utilise JDE/JDEGS capability software for efficient site management
- Previous knowledge and understanding on construction contracts
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Civil Construction industry.
- Familiarity with JDE/JDEGS capability
- Proven experience in invoicing and contract administration.
- Strong understanding of relevant legislation and ability to apply contract terms.
- Demonstrated accountability with documentation and legal forms.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Commitment to safety and compliance.
