AddressGarraway Group is an earthmoving, civil construction and mining service provider working in the agricultural, resources and construction industries Australia wide.
We are currently experiencing growth within our operation and are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Administration Officer on a full-time basis near Balranald. Please note, camp accommodation will be provided if required.
The role of Site Administration Officer is to provide administrative support to management and to efficiently maintain the administrative functions at the project site.
Key tasks include, but are not limited to:-
- Data entry
- Review, produce and issue various data/reports
- Record keeping
- Attend meetings
- General housekeeping
Desired qualifications and experience:-
- Excellent data entry and attention to detail
- Highly organised with sound time management skills and initiative to improve processes
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office – particularly Excel, Outlook and Access
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated
- A minimum of two (2) years of previous experience within an administrative role
- Certificate in Business Administration (or similar)
- Driver Licence
Please note that the successful candidate will be required to undertake a Pre-employment Medical Assessment.
Remuneration will be determined in line with qualifications and experience.
