Responsibilities
As a Site Administrator at DHL, you'll overcome daily logistical challenges to ensure site and warehouse operations run smoothly. In a fast-paced environment, where every day is different, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions and be able to continually grown professionally. Use your talents to support a committed team to greatness and drive the future of logistics, using the latest technology.
- Administration support and end to end management of all administration processes
- Daily interaction with internal and external stakeholders
- Plan, organise and manage meetings, presentations and events
- Site Uniform ordering
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications including excel
- SAP and Oracle experience or similar would be highly valued
- Good communication skills
- Self motivated with the ability to work independently and multi-task
- Good data entry skills
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills
- Problem solving capabilities & computer aptitude
