About the role
Due to continued growth Eptec has an opportunity for a Site Administrator to join our team based at Regents Parks, NSW. The successful candidate provide high quality, timely and professional administrative and customer service support to internal project staff and external customers, through the delivery of standardized, accurate and consistent process, with a key focus on continuous improvement.
Key Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
- Be a first point of contact for customer enquiries, providing accurate support and advice, via telephone and written communication.
- Liaise with and coordinate induction processes for new hires and existing staff, and collate documentation required to meet site induction requirements within required timeframes.
- Maintain training/skills requirement gap analysis and coordinate with internal stakeholders to arrange training.
- In conjunction with Supervisor, reporting of incidents including injuries, plant and equipment damage, and environmental impacts.
- Reconcile daily timesheets for accuracy against sign-on registers and investigate any discrepancies; accurate data entry of hours within deadlines; and liaising with payroll.
- Create and process purchase orders; check and process supplier invoices for goods received; and follow up and resolve any discrepancies.
- Produce project tracking reports as required.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 year’s site/office administration experience, with strong skills in customer service skills gained from within an office environment.
- Relevant Diploma highly desirable.
- Excellent skills in written and verbal communication.
- Proven experience in the administration and management of financial records such as expenses, invoices, and purchase requisitions.
- Intermediate to advanced level of the MS Office suite of products (including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), and an understanding of CRM software is highly desirable.
- Ability to work within a team and build relationships.
