As a Site Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our operations, providing essential IT administrative support to the wider company. This multifaceted role involves establishing communication channels between internal users and service desk counterparts. We're looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills and a keen interest in IT. Don't worry if you're not an IT expert - training will be provided to the successful applicant.Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for local IT services, guiding and assisting internal users.
- Resolve technical issues efficiently through problem-solving and escalation procedures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on campaigns, projects, and ad hoc requests.
- Assist in on-boarding and off-boarding processes for ANZ employees.
- Support network, inventory, and telco operations with guidance from the wider team.
- Liaise with external IT vendors as needed to meet project requirements.
- Contribute to local digital initiatives and facilitate up-skill sessions for employees.
- Provide guidance on utilising Digital Workspace tools and simplify complex technologies for user comprehension.
- Coordinate activities with internal stakeholders and external providers for various projects.
- Maintain IT inventory records and documentation.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and escalations.
- Conduct weekly reviews of incidents within ANZ BASF group companies.
- Tertiary qualification in IT/Digital Services or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-focused position.
- General knowledge of ICT processes and Microsoft suite products.
- Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with SAP S4 is highly desirable but not essential.
