They're now seeking a Project Engineer and a Project Coordinator to monitor project activities and to provide site support to across a couple of projects.
The Role
Reporting to a (Senior) Project Manager over your career within this builder you will deliver a range of project types and form part of a high-performing construction team.
You will receive support and mentoring in this role from the Senior Project Manager right through to the Construction Managers and State Manager of the business. You will be supporting the PM and Site Manager across a variety of duties including:
- Assisting in project scope(s), program of works, resource requirements,
- Supporting the management of budgets, quality and safety standards
- Planning & coordination with Site Foreman
- Reviewing design and engineering documentation
- Liaising with clients, sub-contractors, architects, and engineers
- Safety and related issues
- Relevant Construction Degree qualifications - construction or engineering (or related)
- Relevant local construction experience and a valid work visa
- Must have a minimum of 2 site experience within the Commercial Builder (Head Contractor) - as a Project/Site Engineer or Project/Site Coordinator
- Ability to communicate effectively - verbal and written communication
