Site Engineer/Project Engineer

Intro Recruitment has partnered with a reputable civil contractor who have been delivering some of the largest urban and Industrial subdivision projects across South East Queensland. Our client has been providing construction solutions for projects and clients nationally across a range of industries for more than 30 years.
  
Due to recent project wins, we have an opportunity for a Site Engineer or Project Engineer. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Site Engineer looking to make their next career progression move.

You will be working on a Subdivision project located in Hervey Bay, reporting directly to the Project Manager with a support team of Supervisors and Graduate Engineers.

Responsibilities Include

• Effective management of work programmes and performance of teams and subcontractors to achieve project outcomes
• Coordinate and administer construction engineering activities to ensure that the project is delivered in accordance with time, budget and quality requirements
• Provide support to site teams (Supervisors, Foreman, Various subcontractors)
• Procurement & Cost management
• Delivery of progress reports with Operational Management

About You

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering
• Background in Engineering, Construction and Delivery processes and experience in project delivery
• Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Project applications 
• Ability to provide technical advice and implement project plans  
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
