YOUR OPPORTUNITYJoin our national team as a Site Facilitator based in Canning Vale, where you'll provide top-notch industrial parts, safety equipment, and PPE to our customers. As a key player in the industry, we are looking for a dynamic individual to take on a hybrid role involving retail and warehousing, you'll provide exceptional level of service to all our customers. As this role is FIFO you will be required to attend customer sites as required, you may be required to be onsite for up to 2 to 3 weeks at a time, we will provide you with a site allowance, meal allowance and tool of trade vehicle.
Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:Strict adherence to all customer and company WHS policies and procedures
Open & manage the trade counter on site working out of a fancy container
Provide exceptional face to face customer service and attend to emails and calls
Handle various tasks such as selling industrial parts & safety products, replenish stock, tracking orders & manage inventory
Travelling to multiple customer sites for extended periods during shutdowns (2-3 weeks)Maintaining close contact with customers to ensure service levels are met
Undertake stocktakes in accordance with company requirements
To be successful, you will have:Previous experience in retail and/or warehousing knowledge an advantageA very strong commitment to safety practices and protocols
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers
Ability to work unsupervised and demonstrated reliability
Computer literate and excellent problem-solving skillsA valid driver’s licence - essential
