Key responsibilities of the job include:
On-site management of personnel, program, sub-contractor, logistics and safety.
Actively managing and promoting a high standard of safety and environmentally-sound building practices.
Providing the technical knowledge and support to ensure each project is completed to an excellent standard.
Effectively communicating with all parties involved to ensure efficient and accurate transfer of information.
Experience Required:
Carpentry background preferred.
Certificate 4 in building would be looked upon favourably, but not essential.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Managerial experience including managing staff and sub-contractors.
Strong attention to detail and time management.
Outstanding communication skills.
Extensive diary management.
Positive attitude.
Self motivated and ambitious.
