- Achieve productivity, quality & commercial outcomes through the company framework and approved motor supply chain models
- Deliver on customer and staff satisfaction expectations and performance outcomes
- Establish strategic and tactical financial and operational plans for the store
- Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly strategic plans for the store.
- With support from their manager, develop monthly and annual sales and expense budgets for their site.
- Previous leadership experience
- Organized and able to work with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated relationship management skills & ability to manage large operational workforces
- Implementing customer service tactics and strategies
- A team player with a can-do attitude and helps to create an effective working environment
