The Role:

Lendlease ACT have an opportunity for a Site Manager to join our team and manage the delivery of the soon to commence ADFA Living-in Accommodation project.

Based on site, you will take ownership of the construction site, managing and mentoring a team of Supervisors across all major trade packages. You will work closely with our site and project engineers to pre-empt and resolve construction issues, as well as being responsible for project planning, site-based procurement, managing subcontractors, and taking ownership of safety and compliance.

To be successful you will bring:

  • Previous experience as a Site Manager with a reputable company, along with relevant trade and/or Building Construction qualifications.

  • Demonstrated experience delivering major building, and/or infrastructure projects safely, to high quality standards and within project budget.

  • Strong communications, leadership and influencing skills, all key when dealing with several internal and external stakeholders.

  • A methodical, and detail-oriented approach, with strong planning skills.

  • A passion for safety, and ability to drive compliance with safety processes onsite.

  • Be a self-starter and take ownership of your project.
