The WHAT?

This opportunity is for 38 Hours per week working Tuesday to Saturday

As the Multi-Site Manager, you will

• Have responsibility over 4 Myer x Bendon Concessions and one outlet store
• Manage, develop and lead a team of people, ensuring constantly improved team performance
• Drive the achievement of sales through setting a clear vision, goals and KPI's.
• Promote and adhere to Bendon's vision, purpose, values, guiding principles and Team Model, which are all part of Bendon's Way of Working
• Excel in achieving operational functions, through tasks such as visual merchandising, loss prevention, processing of stock and OH&S Management
