AddressWe are working with robust client who are a seeking skilled Remedial Site Managers & Builders.
If you're open to something new, I’d love to have a chat! An essential part of this opportunity requires working away from home (accommodation, car and overtime are provided in package). You'll be apart of a thriving team to oversee projects aimed at improving and restoring structures in regional or metro areas around QLD.
Key Responsibilities:.
- Supervise and coordinate site activities, including subcontractor management, material procurement, and project scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all project sites.
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules and monitor progress to achieve project goals.
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to maintain project integrity.
- Resolve project-related problems and make recommendations for improvements.
- Manage project documentation, including reports, records, and change orders.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter/ Leading Hand/ Supervisor /Site Manager with exposure to remediation, extensions or renovations projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and construction codes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
