ABOUT OUR CLIENT:
Our Client is an established Sydney Tier 2 builder with over 30 years’ experience delivering landmark Residential developments throughout the Sydney region. They boast a notable portfolio of class 2 projects, specializing in multi-unit residential buildings, and are currently seeking a Site Manager to assist in the delivery of a $50M Student Accommodation project near Randwick, Sydney.
 
ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE:
In this role, you will be a part of a leading Builder / Developer, specialising in luxury high-rise residential projects. Currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee the construction of a $50M student accommodation project in Randwick, NSW. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional results, possess excellent leadership abilities, and have a proven track record in successfully managing large-scale projects, this is the role for you.
 
Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to maintain seamless project progress.
• Develop and execute construction schedules, ensuring meticulous compliance with deadlines and budget constraints.
• Conduct routine site inspections to meticulously monitor work quality and promptly address any arising issues.
• Cultivate a constructive and cooperative working environment to elevate team performance and boost morale.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential high-rise projects, ideally with a minimum of 5 years' experience
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Proficient in using construction management software and tools
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field will be highly regarded.
