AddressThe Role
Responsible for achieving the required performance levels of our NSW contracted Programs being the Indigenous Employment Program and Group Training, NDIS, and EST (Employability Skills Training). The Site Manager (NSW) will oversee daily operations including staff recruitment, performance and management.
The Site Manager (NSW) will play a key part in developing and exploring growth opportunities to compliment Maxima’s current suite of Programs through business development activities and community networking.
Knowledge of the local labour market and current networks will ensure success in this role.
This role will report to the State Manager NSW/VIC/TAS. It is a permanent, full-time opportunity and can be based at either our Penrith or Paramatta offices, with regular travel required throughout the region.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will be a self-starter, strategic-thinker and open to new opportunities. Knowledge of Employment Services, NDIS Services or related employment programs is desirable. Ideally, you will also be able to demonstrate business development and growth.

- Knowledge of the Greater Western Sydney labour market, community services and state growth industries to provide sustainable employment & training opportunities to our customers.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive performance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong networking skills to support business growth and create opportunity within the State to incorporate recruitment services and State based initiatives through collaboration and local partnerships.
- Experience in fostering customer service in a complex stakeholder environment
- Willingness to travel across the region. Occasional interstate travel will be required.

- Evidence of approved ATAGI COVID Vaccinations, or a valid exemption
- A current National Criminal History Record Check (Police Clearance) or able to apply
- A current Working with Children Check or able to apply
- A current NDIS Worker’s Screening or able to apply
