AddressThis global consumer products focused business is seeking a strong Finance and operation director for Australia and NZ.
Reporting directly to CEO and Board, you will manage key functions including Finance and IT. Key duties include strategic planning and partnering, financial management, IT management, business transformation, process re-engineering, taxation, process re-engineering / improvement, stakeholder (Board) and people management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential to influence and allow the establishment of effective working relationships, both within and outside the organisation.
Relevant candidates will have tertiary qualifications, with CA/CPA qualifications. Strong accounting knowledge and hands on approach. Also, you will possess a strong attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture. Proven experience in business transformation and systems improvements. Strong computer literacy is required, including Excel.
