Here's a snapshot of your day:
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Site set outs
- Program & sequencing updating
- Contractor/supplier procurement, programming & liaising
- Contract and HSEQ administration
- Material take-offs when required
- Quality control
- Detailing
- Material ordering
- Daily diary log and notes
- Defect inspections and reports
- Invoice checking and coding when required
The Ideal Candidate
- A minimum of 3 years' experience working within a Site Supervisory role
- Ability to understand and interpret construction drawings
- Experience In both structures, finishes and service trades
- Ability to manage and liaise professionally with Subcontractors and Clients on site
- Excellent organisational, planning and programming skills
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- An innate eye for detail
- An understanding of OHS regulatory codes
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Outlook, Power Point
- White Card
- Relevant trade qualifications
- Police Check Clearance
