About the role:
Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Site Manager is accountable for the overall delivery of appointed projects in Northwest Melbourne ensuring construction is carried out within budget, in the earliest time frame possible observing Creation Homes Standards and WHS & environmental performance. Develop and maintain key relationships with supply partners, trades, developers, and other external stakeholders for effective and timely outcomes.

Key Areas of Responsibility
- Ensure construction is carried out within budget, in the earliest time frame observing Creation Homes Standards and WHS & environmental performance
- Managing, administering, coordinating and communicating effectively with developer partners, subcontractors, trades, clients, Creation employees and Safety/Operations team.
- Effectively forecast on a weekly basis job progression, construction budget and WHS needs.
- Supervision of all site works, activities and preparations required to ensure project finalisation including certification and handover process.
- Managing the overall site performance of our townhouse and detached housing construction process
- Partner with your Construction Manager and track progress weekly to forecast, plan and prepare for site activities.
- Optimise site production by ensuring subcontract trade availability, scheduling and meeting trades on site.
- Proactively resolving build issues, review practices and procedures and look for efficiencies.
- Fostering a positive and focused culture where customer service and teamwork is paramount.
