Great opportunity for a Site Security Manager in SouthbankWork Monday to Friday - great work life balance!Work with an employer of choice and industry leaderAbout the roleMSS Security is looking for a Site Security Manager to work at our client site in Southbank to provide exceptional customer service to all our customers, and build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders.An experienced Site Manager and/or Supervisor well versed with Corporate Security and leading a high performance team will thrive in this role.Duties include but are not limited to:Leading of a team of 10 staff and managing first line management as well as HR processesProduction, review and amendment of standard operating proceduresManaging staff performance including control room operationsOperate as a Client liaison to build and maintain effective relationshipsManage delivery against Key Performance Indicators as well as review and assessment of KPIsLiaise with National operations Centre to ensure rosters are appropriately planned and coveredManagement oversight of correct procedural management including consistent use of Rapid contractor/visitor management systemIncident management and reportingChief fire warden dutiesPlanning and delivery of emergency exercises in collaboration with MSS Business Manager, Client representatives and onSite Security teamWhat we are looking for:Demonstrated experience in a corporate security setting, ideally including management experienceExperience leading a team and managing staff performance and KPIsStrong communication skills - Verbal and writtenWell presented and articulateValid VIC Security licenseCert II or higher in Security operationsFull Australian working rightsWilling to undergo a police checkHow to applyMSS Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
