Position Overview:
As an Experienced Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fitout and refurbishment projects. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Your leadership and expertise will be critical in managing site activities, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all on-site activities, ensuring projects are executed according to the project plan.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly and effectively.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in the fitout and refurbishment sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
