About the Project:
Type: High-end retail food and beverage
Scope: Basement, ground level, and rooftop bar
Value: Approx. $6 million
Duration: Until the end of the year, with new projects kicking off in the new year

What You’ll Do:
Lead the Charge: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely and quality completion.
Team Leadership: Manage a foreman and cadet, fostering a positive and productive environment.
Client Interaction: Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular progress updates.
Quality & Safety: Uphold the highest standards of quality and safety on-site.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Solid background in new build projects, especially in high-end retail and food and beverage.
Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, and proficient in project management tools.
Attributes: Genuine interest in a long-term site management career, open-minded, and hands-on.
