ABOUT THE COMPANY
This mid-sized, and steadily growing, insurance construction company is well established across Queensland in both metro and regional areas. They have excellent industry relationships and on-going projects under various insurers.
Projects include everything from BAU and emergency make safes, to large scale disaster response and major loss works. There is ample on-going work and this is a permanent position.

ABOUT THE POSITION
You will be managing large and major loss, residential and commercial insurance repair projects in the Gold Coast region, under a range of insurers.
This is predominantly a site based role, with 1-2 days per week in the local office.
This is a full time position, Monday - Friday.
The starting salary on offer is $120,000 - $130,000 + superannuation + company vehicle OR vehicle allowance.
ABOUT YOU
- Min 3 years Site Supervising experience within the insurance repair building space - preferably across both residential and commercial, and with major loss exposure.
- Trade qualification.
- Open or mid-rise builders license.
- Well presented and empathetic - ability to interact well with home owners going through a difficult period dealing with damage to their properties.
- Ability and interest to commit to the role long term.
