New Build,
Fitout and Refurbishment projects you will be exposed to a variety of projects ranging from $2m - $20m.
The Role- Site Manager joining a well established team and taking control of commercial New Build, Fitout and Refurbishment projects.
- Full time role joining a well resourced team with a good name in the market
- As Site Manager you will take responsibility for all onsite duties running your own projects end to end
Experience/Qualifications Required
- A stable track record in supervision of commercial building projects across both New Build and fitout/refurbishment
- Current First Aid Certificate required
- QBCC Site Supervisor License
- An ability to manage programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
- Experience in utilising construction software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar
- A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
- A trade or tertiary qualification in construction
- A personality that fit's a team first business that enjoy a very positive work culture - No separation between office and site team's
