Form of workSite Manager needed for a $6m project due to commence in Dubbo with future opportunities to follow locally.
The Company:Our client has been successfully building for private and public sector clients for over 15 years. They are involved with fitout, refurbishment and construction projects covering hospitality, health, community, education, commercial, and aged care.
With a National presence, a well established client list and a solid growth strategy our client has opportunities across all construction disciplines.
They have had a successful start to 2024 with some of their largest projects recently awarded. They have a solid pipeline of work and are confident of several of the projects they have been shortlisted for ranging from $2-$30m in value.
Due to one of their recent project wins there is an immediate need for a contract Site Manager on a new $6m development in the Dubbo region.
We are ideally looking for someone who lives locally and has experience delivering similar sized developments.
To be considered for this position you will have the following experience.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Building, or Construction Management
- Successfully managed projects in excess of $5m
- Experience of working with public and private sector clients
- Have solid IT skills
- Be forward-thinking and independent
- Able to work successfully under pressure
- A problem solver who enjoys a challenge
- Have an excellent Health & Safety record
- Immediately available and based locally
- Established over 15 years
