Duties will include but are not limited to
- Meet and greet patients
- Patient bookings and phone calls
- Patient billing and receipting
- Liaison with key stakeholders
To be successful in this role you must have a positive and mature attitude, a commitment to accuracy and the ability to follow established and proven processes.
Previous work with medical software and databases is desirable but not essential as training will be provided. Pay rate will be commensurate with your experience and be above award.
