About the role
Our Site Managers play an important role in delivering our award-winning homes. They are responsible for supervising and coordinating construction, ensuring that trades meet quality, timeframes and WHS requirements.
Working across multiple builds, your ability to organise, engage and support is critical to your success in this fast-paced environment.
About your new career
You will enjoy supervising residential new home builds and working with our longstanding suppliers and trades.
- Be responsible for the overall execution and quality finish of homes
- Plan, manage, coordinate and track the progress of builds in collaboration with the construction support team
- Be the primary point of contact for customers during the build stage and foster positive customer relationships as part of their build journey
- Use the well-known construction ClickHome software to make your schedule and reporting a breeze
- Provide your subbies with a professional experience you are proud of
- Join an experienced construction team and be provided with hands-on training
About you
- Recent experience supervising residential new home builds
- Detailed understanding of South Australian building codes and regulations
- An aptitude for project management and be technically minded
- Experience using ClickHome construction software
- Experience monitoring and controlling ETS spending
- Tertiary qualification in construction trade qualification or equivalent
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and promotion of a safety culture on your sites
- Ability to communicate with a diverse range of people and build positive relationships
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical construction detailing
