Role
Coordinate and ensure the operation and maintenance of company facilities under its responsibility, in accordance with the Company procedures, contracts and regulations, as well as the guidelines of the Operation Manager in order to achieve the goals established to the role. The Site Manager will report to the Operation Manager. The Site Manager role areas will be broken into asset performance, community engagement, contract monitoring, environmental and safety compliance, cost, and budget requirements which will be reviewed and reported periodically.
Experience Required
- 5 year’s experience in supervision positions in renewable energy generation plants
- Substantial knowledge of the practices functions and processes that the operation of a generation plant entails (preferably renewable)
- Knowledge of the legislation typically associated with the operation of Generation Plants in Australia
- Knowledge of PV and battery operation and maintenance
- Failure analysis
- Vocational Educational Training (VET) or Associate Degree. Preferably Electrical or Mechanical
