About the Role
This role is accountable for managing all activities of receiving, processing, distribution and pre-delivery customer fulfilment services to OEM’s and retail dealerships.
You will also ensure the team provides quality finished vehicles in agreed service level of major brands and related services to meet present and future needs of Customers at least cost, ensuring the integrity of the AutoNexus Vehicles logistics brand is recognised as premium in the industry.
Further to the above your key duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Management and delivery of the financial monthly profit budgeted results
Team management together with driving a culture of accountability, customer focus and collaboration
Management of the receiving, process and distribution function to service the requirements of the franchises in terms of standard and non-standard build programs, preservation programs, pre delivery inspections, motor shows and marketing publicity
Provide training to employees on the correct fitment of parts
Maintain relationships with internal and external customers
Ensure compliance with all site safety procedures and policies

About You
To be successful you will possess the following:
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
Automotive vehicle industry knowledge and experience – desirable not essential
Experience managing blue collar workforce
Experience managing budgets, P&L and cost control
Hire level of attention to detail
A drivers licence
Confident communication skills
Ability to work in a team and autonomously
Time management and organisational skills
Microsoft office skills
SAP experience – desirable not essential
