Hatch is currently seeking a highly experienced Site Project Controls Manager to join our Project Delivery Group (PDG). The Site Project Controls Manage r will manage and oversee the Project Controls functional group on a large multidiscipline EPCM project and be a core management team member, playing a pivotal role in key decision making and leadership.

The position can be based in Brisbane, Perth or Jakarta.
The Role
T his role will be based on-site in Indonesia on a rotational basis . The Site Project Controls Manager , will assign, lead and mentor the Project Controls team to ensure that staff have the necessary functional skills and "team" approach, to support the client and project team to positively influence project outcomes. In addition, this role will establish and maintain the project control baselines used to manage the project, control change, and evaluate performance, working alongside other project functional groups (including engineering, procurement, and construction teams) to monitor progress, identify trends and risks, and evaluate performance, to support project decisions.
About You
To be considered for this opportunity, you will demonstrate the following attributes and experience:
- Strong leadership and collaborative skills
- Tertiary qualifications in engineering or relevant discipline or equivalent related experience.
- 1 5 + years' similar experience in a similar project environment
- Detailed knowledge of Execution Planning, Capital Estimating, Cost Management, Earned Value Management, and reporting.
- Experience in high value, multi-discipline EPCM project environments from inception to close-out.
- Strong personal computer skills (particularly MS Office suite) and relevant Project Controls specific software skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey project technical information to project stakeholders.
- Advanced organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and provide direction to others
