Form of workSpecialist Geotech' contractor has an immediate requirement for a East Coast based Geotech' Site / Project Engineer with 3-4yrs exp' in Central Qld.
Our client is a Sydney based specialist civil engineering contractor specialising in ground engineering (anchors, soil nails, grouting etc) with projects both in Queensland and NSW. These projects are for a mix of clients ranging Tier 1 contractors, local councils and DTMR and private investors.
Due to a rapid increase of projects in Central Queensland they have an urgent immediate requirement for aSite or Project Engineer, ideally with Geotechnical project experience, with 3-4 yrs experience. This is a permanent employed position with this current project having a duration of 6 months, however depending on variations this could be extended to 12mths+.
The project is based in remote Central Queensland on a 2:1 fifo roster, due to the location of this project you will be required to fly in a helicopter to visit various parts of the project.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Geotechnical Engineer with 3-4 yrs experience looking to expand their career with a specialist engineering contractor that will further your career offering ongoing training and personal development.

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Tertiary / Degree Educated In Civil Engineering - Preferred
- 3-4 yrs Ground Engineering / Geotechnical Experience
- Project Based Experience
- Sydney Based - Preferred
- Australian Experience Essential
- Excellent Communication Skills Are Essential
- Ability To Work On Own Initiative
