Role Overview:
Opportunity currently exists for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Professional to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of their high-end workplace fitout projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective Business Development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the design and construct teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to secure new projects.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any issues that arise.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on Business Development activities and performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Business Development or client management role, preferably within a D&C or workplace fitout driven organisation.
- Strong understanding of the design and construct process and workplace solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
