- Min 5 years' experience required, in residential apartment complexes, with concrete superstructure and basements is preferable.
- Self-motivated individual with a keen eye for detail, good communication, organizational skills.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Site supervision of projects ranging from 4 million to 12 million. Mix of commercial i.e. childcare and factories as well apartment complexes with basements ranging from 10 to 100 Apartments.
- Day to day running of site using software packages such as Procore and Hammer Tech.
- Co-ordinating trades and scheduling of trades. Ensure works are on Program.
- Carry out and enforce all OHSE responsibilities for the site.
