We offer our clients both GJ Gardner standard plans and full custom designs. We provide our clients with reliability, integrity and quality service to make their building experience a positive one. With our continued growth we are looking for an experienced, passionate, hardworking individual to join our expanding business. This individual will possess a positive 'can do' attitude along with substantial experience in supervising across multiple custom building sites.
About the role:
The permanent Full Time Construction Site Supervisor will be responsible for working across multiple sites, managing 6 to 8 high quality custom homes from commencement to completion, taking pride in exceeding customer’s expectations along side our hard working but fun team, in a great atmosphere and positive, customer focused environment.
This will involve:
- Managing the overall site performance of our home construction process
- Project management including managing budget and building time frames
- Maintaining strict Occupational Health & Safety regulation compliance and Quality Assurance systems
- Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure materials and trades are ordered and available on time to ensure an efficient building process
- Meeting with customers on site for stage inspections
- Working with our highly experienced sales, customer service and management team to deliver exceptional homes
- Managing high volume of emails, multiple computer programs, Apple and Windows software technology.
About you:
You will be looking for a rewarding and challenging role with the following skills and experience:
- Custom building experience – you will have worked across multiple site simultaneously.
- Organised and methodical – you will be capable of managing the administration associated with volume builds in reasonable time frames and great attention to detail
- Existing Trade Base
- Flexible and adaptable – you can resolve issues quickly and adapt to changing situations to make each build as seamless as possible
- Customer focussed – exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills making the customer experience a positive one
- Connected - you will bring with you a range of contacts for subcontractors and trades to use along side our existing contacts
- Advanced computer skills, ability to use multiple computer programs, Apple iPad, iPhone & Microsoft Windows knowledge required.
- Current drivers licence and White Card
