Site Supervisor - Currambine

The Company & Role:
Established 15 years ago, this company has successfully built a prominent brand in the Western Australian building sector, renowned for crafting innovatively designed custom homes up to $1.3 million.
Due to sustained responsible sales over the past 24 months, they are expanding their team to cater to beachside suburbs in the northern regions of Perth. The assigned portfolio will encompass 15-19 builds, predominantly featuring double-storey homes in locations such as Currambine, Jindalee, Alkimos and Eglinton.
With a history of winning numerous awards since inception, the company consistently pushes the boundaries in setting standards for affordable custom homes.
As a Site Supervisor in this dynamic environment, you will collaborate within a close-knit team and report to an efficient and supportive Area Manager. The role spans various aspects of the building process, from coordinating subcontractors, managing call ups, and scheduling jobs to ensuring the successful completion of projects. The company has robust office support and quality control processes in place.
The Site Supervisor is entrusted with maintaining a high standard of work, adhering to project timelines, and managing budgets effectively. To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 2 storey Residential experience (essential)
• Diploma in Building and Construction (Highly regarded)
• Builders registration (Highly regarded)
• Strong organisational skills and excellent time management
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple sites
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
