Site Supervisor - Residential

Work for an award-winning Builder/Developer with the majority of their projects located in the Brisbane inner ring, high end custom homes, no clients!

About the opportunity!
We have the exciting opportunity to recruit an experienced Residential Site Supervisor for an established award winning Builder/Developer within the Brisbane Market, with the majority of their projects are located in the Brisbane inner ring and Bayside Suburbs. All of the projects are their own not requiring client correspondence and would involve overseeing 2-4 High end residential projects per year, generally building 2 at a time.

What we are looking for..
- Must have a Builder Low Rise/Medium Rise or supervisor's license.
- Trade Carpenter background with a minimum of 2 years post-trade experience and subsequent minimum 2 years supervising and arranging trades, ordering materials, scheduling projects, etc.
- Custom high-end home experience is a must. Multi-residential experience is beneficial but not required
- A high attention to detail
- Sufficient tools of the trade; we provide specialised tools
- Driver's Licence
- Experience operating an excavator is beneficial but not required
- Experience utilising construction software such as Buildxact, Buildertrend, etc
This role will involve a mix of on and off the tools, and general on-site supervision throughout the project lifecycle. We are seeking a motivated self-starter who will have the flexibility to plan their own week and time to achieve a work life balance.
