What You'll Do:
At Karara, Bis operates a state-of-the-art Tailings Storage Facility featuring a mobile, extendable conveyor system that significantly reduces costs and environmental impact. You'll join a dedicated team of approximately 40 personnel, made up of leadership, operators & tradespersons.
This position will work closely with the site team and report directly to the Safety & Training Superintendent.
You will ensure relevant personnel are trained and competent to use site fixed and mobile plant.
You will monitor, evaluate, and document training & induction activities, and participate in the development and review of safe systems of work, maintain training records, and promote a Zero Harm culture.

Requirements:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Current or at advanced completion)
- Demonstrated experience in delivery of training and assessment in a mobile plant and fixed plant environment, specifically conveyor belts and control rooms
- Valid HR Driver’s License (or above)
- Experience in reviewing, developing and writing training packages
- Excellent facilitation, internal and external stakeholder management and communication skills
- Knowledge of legislative requirements for training and assessment for heavy vehicles, on public roads and mine sites, including record-keeping requirements
- Technologically savvy with Microsoft suite of products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Display a clear commitment and focus on the health, safety and well-being of employees
- Ability to comply with Site WHS, Environmental and Operational obligations
