What We Are Looking For:
You will be required to work with client management, production superintendents, and their nominated team members to review current operating standards and consult on best practices to support the development and implementation across our clients' upskilling programmes.
Implementing change across efficient and safe bench-loading operating standards is required in line with the project's hands-on approach across nominated operators and crew/Site Trainers.
To operate and demonstrate the required adjustment/s with nominated operators and crew/Site Trainers.
Work with general training resources and documentation as required by the client.
- Skills set and Knowledge gained or passed on from the 1990s to early 2000s.
- Experience with Production Excavator (350+ tonnes)
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TEA40110 or current TAE40116 upgrade qualifications) - MSA will assist with obtaining current TAE40116 within seven days.
- Basic Microsoft Office experience such as MS Word and Emails
- Work well with others and a team player, a must

- The hourly rate is well above the current operator/trainer rates in the Pilbara.
