• Trimming, cutting, and slicing tasks
• Utilise knives efficiently to separate beef carcasses into various cuts
• Operation of equipment and machinery
• Focus and strong understanding of safety

Requirements

• Have previous experience as a Knife Hand 
• Be physically fit and have the ability to conduct repetitive motion tasks
• Confidently pass PEM and QFevered
• Be reliable, punctual and flexible - early starts required

Hourly Rates
Monday to Friday
5:15am to 2:50pm
Casual $29.56 to $32.73 per hour (depending on experience)
