About the role:
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced multi-skilled Plant Operators to join our team working throughout Central Queensland, Central West and Central Northern regions. Works will be required out of town on a rostered basis.
Tasks & responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading plant for transportation to various projects
- General civil construction site plant and machinery works
- Material stockpiling and general site maintenance
- Complete scheduled work in line with our company values, baseline standards and principles
- Safe work practices are essential.
- Adhere to the company systems and processes
Qualifications & experience:
- Experienced operators for excavator, front end loader, skid steer loader and roller.
- Experience in civil construction and working in the rail corridor essential.
- Ability to carry out various civil site work tasks within a team environment is essential.
- Current HR truck licence essential.
- White/Blue card - Work Safely in the Construction Industry.
- Ability to pass Category 3 Rail Medical.
- Adhere to safety measures and basic maintenance of machinery.
- Experienced in interpreting plans and specifications, setting out and executing works.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
