Civil Plant Operators & Labourers

We have been operating and growing successfully in Central Queensland since 1997, undertaking a variety of project types and individual contracts up to $50M.  We employ a multi-skilled workforce of Plant Operators, pipelayers, concretors and labourers.

We are seeking suitable skilled and experienced workers to fill the following positions for immediate start in the Mackay area.

• Excavator 5T - 35T
• Backhoe
• Skidsteer
• Roller
• Articulated Dump Truck
• Water Truck

Multi-skilled operators will be highly regarded. 

Applicants must have the following:

• Relevant Tickets / Certificates of Competency to operate mobile plant.
• Current Driver's License
• Construction induction white/blue card
• Previous experience in Civil Works

• Perform physical tasks on construction sites, including lifting and moving materials
• Follow instructions and guidelines from supervisors and team leaders
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• This role may be suitable for motivated individuals seeking to commence their career in the civil construction industry

Applicants must have the following: 

• Current Driver's License
• Construction induction white/blue card
• Willingness to learn and upskill as opportunities present

About the Roles:
Based in Mackay, you will be involved in civil construction projects in Central Queensland.

The positions require a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment. 

Career development opportunities are available including construction traineeships for suitable successful applicants. 

Please note this Mackay based role is not a FIFO position, however there may be some requirement for working away from Mackay, within the Central Queensland region.
