We requirequalified Slaughter Persons
SelectionCriteria:
- Cert 3 Qualified Slaughter Persons or working towards this accreditation
- Previous experience working as Slaughter Person
- Slaughtering to Harvey Beef and customer specifications, including but not limited to: Stunning, Halal Slaughtering, Shackling, Hocks & Horns, First Leg, Second Leg, Flanking, Rumping, Bunging, Hide Puller, Brisket Saw, EV Table, Splitting Saw, Head Chain
- Ability to maintain pace of production
- Physically fit with the ability to work within a highly proactive and successful team.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- Ability to work in a team or autonomously.
- Ability to pass a 'Drug and Alcohol' screen - Harvey Beef is a 100% Drug & Alcohol free site.
